Each morning, we woke up to the crisp Arizona air and hit the trails for a refreshing sunrise hike. The desert landscape was breathtaking, and there was something magical about moving our bodies while watching the sun peek over the mountains. After that, we stretched and centered ourselves with a calming yoga session—the perfect balance of challenge and relaxation.
Wellness, Inside and Out
One of the biggest highlights of our stay was diving deep into self-care and wellness education. We took an Energizing Your Metabolism class, met with a nutrition coach, and even attended classes on menopause, meditation, and healing. It was empowering to learn how to take better care of ourselves—mind, body, and soul.
Of course, no wellness retreat is complete without a little pampering! We indulged in the most amazing deep tissue massages and body scrubs, leaving us feeling completely refreshed. The facials? Absolute heaven. Our skin was glowing, and so were our spirits.
Fun, Friendship & a Little Bit of Sass
You know us—we’re always down for a good time! Country line dancing was an absolute blast, and we laughed until our sides hurt. Between our classes and spa sessions, we sipped wine, soaked up the Arizona sun by the pool, and had some of the best conversations with girlfriends. These are the moments that make life beautiful.

We enjoyed every bite, from the freshest ingredients to guilt-free treats that satisfied our sweet tooth. And don’t get us started on the coffee and smoothie bar—pure bliss!
